To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:

✅ Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
✅ Must be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear.
✅ Must be purchased directly from Rise Activewear (not a third-party retailer).

🚨 Non-Refundable Items:
❌ Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional giveaways.
❌ Items purchased using discount codes above 40% off.
❌ Personalized or custom-made products.


 

2. How to Request a Refund

If your item meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:
